I'm curious to get feedback from members of the site. Would you use a service that did the following for your direct hire roles:
1. Created a list of viable candidates from LinkedIn
2. Contacted each of the candidates directly via phone/email about your job opening
3. Once they generated interest, send you the resume to submit to your clients
What are the risks/rewards of using a 3rd party to do this kind of work?
