What kind of a message are you leaving...is it an MPC call or are you leaving a vague message to up the call backs?
I've been using both and find that the less I say, the more calls I get. Of course, that's because they think I have something for them. But at least I get to talk to them and discuss my candidate...right?
I have a system that requires precise notes. The first 2-3 calls are just basic voicemails, "Looking for some assistance," or "would like to network...", then my fourth and final "Sorry to have missed you again...," and give as much detail as possible in a minute or less.
