What an HR is looking out from a consultant!!!
Yesterday I had my first one on one meeting with an HR...
We had a general chat on our personal life and not very much on business. He was a very reserved personality and was not reacting on the questions I asked such as “How can I be instrumental to him” “What is he looking out for from us” etc...
I am feeling that I did not justify the resources invested from my company and his (HR) also...
So here I am requesting you all
