What are the best and worst traits of Recruiter

The worst traits of a recruiter? Not listening to what their clients actually want. It never fails to amaze me how recruiter waste time and energy specifying in candidates for roles when not asked to do so and then when they do get an opportunity to provide candidates for a role they have been ASKED to work on...silence. Or at least unsuitable candidates.
