Here are some of my favorites based on attending to present at nearly 100 recruiting shows in the past 10 years:

• National Association of Personnel Services - NAPS - National Staffing Agency audience, great trainers/speakers
• Recruitfest - Creative, on the cutting edge, mix of corporate recruiters and agencies
• Staffing Industry Executive Forum - Top execs attend from every major staffing company
• American Staffing Associaition - ASA - Huge show with several thousand attendees, a blend of Contract staffing agencies and third party permanent placement
• ERE - internal recruiters, great training topics
• CA Staffing Professionals - CSP - Staffing agencies from all over the Western U.S.
