What features do you need to see in a new sourcing tool to make it a viable option for you to incorporate the tool into your routine?
I tend to see a lot of buzz about sourcing tools that present nothing new. Assuming we are crowd sourcing to create a new tool, what features would you include?

There's too many "standalone" good ideas out there. The one that works best will be the one that in best linked to whatever everyone else is using 'around' it.

I see the challenge with a lot of stand alone solutions is that they do to work well with established tools already in place with organizations. I think the smarter play is to build the technology to be licensed into these products.
