My biggest fault is not listening to my inner voice IRT candidates who give lip service.

I vow to hit the ejector button as soon as I hear the trigger words.

I'll admit it - I'm not that great at follow up. Especially when rejecting candidates post interview... I always overthink it. Should I email them? Call them? Standard ATS rejection form letter? I hate that part.

Tough to admit this but my ego is my biggest fault.  I let it get in the way too often.  Sometimes it doesn't matter but everytime it does I know I lost because of my ego.  It is a constant chore to try to keep it in check.  To be successful in spite of it doesn't count because I leave too much on the table when it gets in the way - which happens way too much.

Taking on too much at one time.

Taking time to give feedback to the rejected candidates.
