What's your preferred tool for managing Twitter and other social media accounts and activity: HootSuite, TweetDeck, Seesmic, other (and why)? I'm developing a(nother) poll. Thanks in advance!

Most recently have been using Bullhorn, but I'm not happy with its inflexibility and the way it resets to a previous broadcast setting if I just look at the job posting. I'm thinking about going back to Hootsuite for all my job postings.
