What sort of {formal} virtual organization training does your organization provide to its virtual executives?

What sort of formal virtual organization training does your organization provide to its executives, including C-level executives, who work primarily in a 100% virtual environment?   Are your executives left to their own devices and do they just try to wing it and learn through the hard knocks?  

Our organization requires every single member of our leadership team to undergo a full-time, 90-day training program at VOMI Virtual Organization Academy (see http://shortlinks.virtualorganizationinstitute.com/yvadn ).   What is your solution?  I would love to hear your thoughts on that.
