I wanted to open a discussion and see what talented sourcers are doing in our industry. Can you comment on your past successes and tools that you have used for incredible sourcing success?
Here are some of mine:
>Linkedin-my favorite tool. It is growing rapidly and expanding quickly.
>Of course Job Boards-Do you know of any that are reasonably priced or that have specifically helped you find what you are looking for? What has given you the biggest bang for your buck?
>Any good websites you know of to research boolean logic and strings that you have found useful and helpful? I like and use Hot Jobs, Dice, Craigslist
>What of sites like Spoke, and Jigsaw. I have used Jigsaw, but how does spoke work. I have just joined and would love your input.
>Social Networking Sites-Which ones do you like the most? Any lists of industry niches?
>I use the above tools but would love your insights as to what works best for you.
Use any/all of the above "Intercredible" resources but jack them out by using the phone. You'll be amazed what a great bounty will emerge from a piddling amount of info. (Yes, piddling, if you compare what is available on the Internet to what is available by Telephone.) Sorry, guys, but it's the truth. I know you don't want to hear it. Related (pertinent) discussion.
