Which Job Board do you Prefer?

just wanted to get some feedback on this topic, i am in healthcare recruiting fyi -- i despise monster, paid $400 and didnt get one qualified applicant, i lean towards zip recruiter and indeed...which job boards have you had the most success with???

It's not so much a "job board", but I prefer LinkedIn. For searching qualified candidates and posting jobs. Upgrading your account so you can send InMails is worth it.
