Would you use Realmatch instead of Monster, Careerbuilder, Hotjobs

Interesting article today from Cheezhead about how more employers and recruiters are using Realmatch becuase you pay after they find candidates. I am wondering if you would use this site? Here's the article -

I thought this would be killed at this point but since its not...I want to add that there is no such thing as one solution. Everyone writes these posts as if there was one thing that every needed to agee on. Its nice to know about various resources and try them...maybe some work better in certain situations then others but there is no one magic bullet.
