Hello all,

I am preparing to launch a job board that will be local to Philadelphia, PA (I know, not another one, right...). Anyway, when speaking to someone who was in the recruiting industry until recently, I told them that when I start my board that I will have the first 2 or 3 months be free for employers/recruiters. This person suggested that I might draw more people to it by not giving away so much; kind of like when people perceive the higher priced item to somehow have more value than the same exact item at a lower cost.

What do you guys think about that? From a recruiter's perspective, would you be more inclined to try a new board if it were (A) free until a pre set date, (B) an account came with 3 free posts, or (C) other suggestions?

I hope to hear from some of you.

Wishing you continued success,

James
