I would spend an hour with Craig. IMO, he's on to something with UMS. Hospitals need people and baby boomers will make the problem worse in time. I think they way he is growing UMS is spot on ahead of the market. I advise any recruiter that is thinking about changing focus to contact Craig. In sum, he's a nice guy AND he's got the right market focus. So, I'd love to spend an hour with Craig Silverman.
