Karen.. thanks. But, that post is in pursuit of defining what the "Cloud" is and might be better of posted to the discussion about definitions of "Cloud Recruiting". My question is designed around "Cloud Recruiting" specifically. More specifically, I would like to know what "Cloud Recruiting" is not.
