By way of introduction:
I am relatively new to the discipline of recruiting-
However, prior to creating Impera in 2013 (5 months ago), I was an executive in the apparel industry for over 25 years. Most recently, I served as Vice President of Product Development for Dick’s Sporting Goods in Pittsburgh, Vice President of Global Sourcing at New York & Company in NYC and Vice President of Product Development for Tillsonburg, Inc. in Hong Kong.
I believe that my former leadership roles and experience as a hiring manager give me important insight into the needs of my clients.
