Diversity.com has a new link exchange program available to site owners & principals interested in placing a seal on their site that displays a welcoming message to site visitors. The objective of our new diversity certified seal is straightforward. It's targeted to let all visitors ( job seekers and clients ) to be informed your organization supports and has implemented a culture of diversity and inclusion. Contact Billbargas@diversity.com for more information.

Anything going on here? I am not a recruiter, but I do work in the area of diversity and inclusion (consulting, training, speaking, etc.)...and I am wondering if there are issues related to diversity that recruiters struggle with...beyond identifying diverse pools of candidates?

Hi Everyone! I hope that we all had a great holiday weekend and did not over eat or drink - well maybe a little overeating and drinking (no hangovers please).

Anywhoo...I have been tasked with researching how to build greater branding and recruiting of diverse and female candidates for my company. Some background, I work for a Fortune 500 utility company in Northeast Ohio. Our challenge is that one of our KPI's are the number of diverse/female candidates. At the midpoint of the year, we are not at threshold (minimum) to hit this number. Currently we are using Monster's Diversity package, but I have found that for us (the organization in general and Recruiting department in particular) to have an influence on the diversity KPI we have to establish local, regional, and then national organizations. Has anyone developed and rolled out programs like this? I am more than willing to share the strategy I have developed for establishing this program, but I am hoping to gain additional insights from my fellow practioners.

Thanks
