At JustAnswer, the Human Resources Team manages our people strategy that ensures employee happiness and engagement to drive business results. This team owns all initiatives related to recruiting, retaining, motivating, and developing our employees. We are looking for a Senior Recruiter, who understands the market as well as our business needs and culture, to lead our Talent Acquisition efforts. You will own full life cycle recruitment for roles across the organization.
 
Responsibilities:

    Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for roles across the JustAnswer organization
    Collaborate with management and hiring managers to identify areas of need and help create strategic plans and determine timelines for filling requisitions
    Work with candidates and our hiring managers to drive a fast and streamlined interview process, including candidate sourcing, courtship, reference checks, salary recommendations and negotiations, and closing of candidates
    Partners with team members with an eye to developing, implementing, and executing the hiring strategy for all assigned requisitions
    Write job descriptions and job ads to attract the right candidates
    Collaborate with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals
    Screen and source resumes to discover qualified candidates
    Manage candidates throughout the entire process, including scheduling and facilitating interviews as well as offer negotiations
    Maintain data reports and report out on performance metrics as needed
    Leverage the Applicant Tracking System throughout the candidate process
    Manage our employee referral program
    Other duties as assigned


Requirements:

    5+ years of full life-cycle experience recruiting and closing candidates in corporate or agency environments across a variety of disciplines
    Proven track record of sourcing and attracting passive candidates using internet tools and research
    Outstanding communication, both written and verbal
    Must have a strong commitment to creating a best-in-class candidate experience
    Must also have a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service to our internal clients
    The ability to adapt and adjust priorities in fast-paced and rapidly changing environments
