The TalentBin talent search engine creates “implicit resumes” leveraging the data exhaust that people leave on the Internet. For example, it pulls together data about software developers by looking at their activity on Github, StackOverflow, Quora, Meetup, and Twitter – allowing recruiters to get a comprehensive view of their areas of interest/skills.
