If you are a recruiter and prefer to work the client side of the deal we are looking to partner with you. We are willing to pay up to 50% of the deal! This is conditional on your participation in the process. To receive 50% you will be required to find and sign the client and handle the hiring process (not the recruiting of candidates). Through our database, we will provide you with qualified candidates to fill the position. If you only want to hand off the clients we will pay you 25% of the fee for the life of the contract.

We handle only the client side of the business, partnering with other recruiters to handle the candidate side, so all of our placements are splits. We handle everything on a strict client manager / candidate manager split so we handle all contact with the client throughout the process and you handle all contact with the candidate.
