What do you think hiring for talented ( esp. Senior Level IT Professionals) in Tier 2 cities is Easy ... Where there is less competition , localities want to come back to native place, less competition.
Or at the same place
Having less IT companies , Less options of Growth , Less MNC facilities ... result in no or less interested Senior resources ....
