SKILLS & EXPERINCE REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree with relevant 3 - 5 years of technical recruiting experience with a proven track record of success

Candidate activities include recruiting and end-to-end recruiting cycle management

Understanding of technologies is must

Ability to successfully interface with candidates

Must be experienced with sourcing, prescreening, in interviewing and negotiating with IT consultants

Staffing industry experience preferred

Excellent organizational and analytical skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

Self motivated, ambitious, energetic with all exceptional work ethic and willing to go the extra mile to achieve and exceed quota of recruitments
