Job Description We are searching for an experienced Sales Manager, familiar with the telecom market in Brazil, has 5+ years of experience of successfully selling telecom equipment to operators and Enterprises through SI (System Integrators) and directly. Responsibilities: • Achieve and exceed agreed revenue targets in-line with the business plan. • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with major S.Is for Enterprises and operators while promoting the company’s portfolio. • Develop new partnerships with SIs and operators. • Sales to SIs and operators mainly alternative carriers and service providers (Fix & Mobile operators).
Skill Required • Minimum university education or equivalent, Electrical Engineer degree or Business Administration is an advantage. • Senior person with 5+ years of successful sales of telecom equipment to the Telecommunications market. • VoIP experience is an advantage. • Ability to engage on all levels, from low bit technology and all the way up to senior relationship as well as proven ability to identify the key decision makers at target companies. • Consistent over achievement of sales targets of millions USD in the telecom market. • Proven capability to acquire new channels and customers. • Experience selling capital equipment to Enterprise customers and Service Providers. • Dynamic, self-starter with a hunger for sales and winning business. Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit is preferred. • Full command of the English language • Work from home office in Brazil • Upon reaching a significant volume, a possibility of opening a local office.
