POSITION:  Human Resource Representative  – Chicago, IL.

Client is a global/national Retail / Manufacturing company. Job Type: FT, Permanent, Location: Chicago, IL.   Salary: a competitive attractive base salary + bonus incentives.

Focusing on:  Human Resource Representative with 2 to 6 years experience.  2+ years of project management / supervisory experience.  Must have experience in managing multi-site facilities environments within one of the following: Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Distribution, or Supply Chain industries.

The Human Resource Representative placed in this position will cover the Midwest and Southern US territory regions.  Must be open to travel, (Domestic) approx. 20%.

Due to growth I've created LeanSouth, a consulting practice which will complement my traditional firm Southern Manufacturing Search. I'll be providing lean, six sigma, kaizen, TPS, etc... type project professionals to organizations implementing lean initiatives.
