I work for a electric utility company and the market could not be better. Our issue is getting people to relocate to Northeast Ohio. We offer great benefits, annual bonus, and tremendous growth opportunities. I have been able to poach talent out of other depressed industries - chemical, automotive, and some areas steel. What about you and what about our other members...what is the market like for them?

I am located in Indianapolis, IN, the market to say the least has been a challenge for Real Estate. We have had quite a few jobs go away from our area and have not been replaced with new jobs. I recruit for a very large Century 21 Franchise. Experienced agents that I recruit are frozen in place right now and there is not a ton of movement. Its very hard recruiting right now, working twice as hard to get 1/2 the results.
