Hi All,

I am not a recruiter yet but I am looking to get your views on recruiting. I think I will like it but I am nervous because it is a career change for me. I know I will have to work harder because I don't already have contacts. Can you guys share your thoughts on the challenges? Is it a career path that I can make enough money to support myself as the primary breadwinner?
