Anyone know of good sources for pulmonologists? This is new to me. Am searching for one pulmonologist, but expect that they will want to hire 2 or 3 within the next 6-9 months--as well as a good number of internists. Just don't know where to start as far as boards, resources, etc. Any advice would be invaluable! Thanks, Sarah

Hello Nadia. I am very aware of you and have watched your career. Congratulations on your success! I spent years working a desk, full cycle, in physician recruiting. I worked my way up to Director of Physician Recruiting for Comphealth. Here I interviewed, hired, and trained hundreds of recruiters on the specifics of physician recruiting. My approach is "old school" in a lot of ways emphasizing good sourcing skills, hard, hard work, lots of calls, but most important excellent qualifying and interviewing. I worked with large groups, one on one, and small teams. I did have a knack for taking the "middle" or average producer to the next level. And I can say with confidence that I made our top producers break their own goals year after year. I could write about this all day, but welcome talking to you someday about it. I admire you and your company and wish you all the success your hard work can bring.

All the best, Noel
