Plant HR Manager- Georgia area.
I am focusing on someone who has:
HR experience for a start-up facility in the Statesboro, Georgia area. As the Strategic Business Partner working with the Plant Manager, you will create, develop and implement a full life cycle policy and procedural programs for the entire new facility (up to 400+ employees). Develop and lead site employee recruiting, on boarding, training and development and succession planning. Develop compensation and organizational design strategies for workforce planning and retention. Administer plant benefits, compensation and payroll related processes.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field. 5+years of HR experience. 3+years in a similar role. Must have 2+ years of Management / Supervisory experience. Start up facility experience highly preferred. Working knowledge of Lean Principles and of applicable State and Federal laws and regulations in the US. PHR/SPHR certification preferred. .
