Linda Glass, an incredible staffing leader who very recently took a leave of absence from Starbucks, has gotten involved with the founder of Dream Jobs and participated in a unique event this week in New York City.

The CareerDetours event was a 1/2 day experience where very successfuly financial services executives - who have been out of work (off-ramped) for 5 or more years cam together with several speakers and a select group of recruiters to discuss their interests in reintegrating with the financial services industry.

Very cool concept.
