Description:
* Performs a senior role in the design, coding, debugging, testing, documenting and supporting of in-house developed programs and customization of Pegasystems vendor-supplied applications
* Provides advanced functional and technical application support.
* Interacts on a frequent basis with the business community and clients vendors
* Applies software upgrades in coordination with the system Data Base Administrator
* Develops reports using site-standard report writers
* Develops and supports multiple Pegaystems system interfaces and integration points.
* Understands key Contact Center / CRM policies, practices, and procedures to translate business requirements into effective technical specification
