What type of background are they looking for? Selling what type of equipment into the mining, aggregates, and coal power? How big are the Territories? How much travel? I do a lot of work with sales engineers mostly on the process and controls equipment side, a lot of my guys sell into power and mining.

The territories are one state and the travel would be mostly out and back same day except some of the work in big states like Texas. However, hold off on this as I just heard from them this morning that they don't want any more submittals and will make a decision on candidates soon. I'll re-post if it re-opens.
