The responsibilities will include designing custom packaging machinery, specifically horizontal, thermoforming, form-fill-seal packaging machines. Intimate knowledge of thermoforming plastics is a must. Design engineer may be asked to work with other engineers on aspects not specifically related to thermoforming, and will be required to collaborate with electrical engineers to provide a finished product.
Knowledge of autodesk inventor would be appreciated but is not mandatory and can be taught if the applicant is otherwise qualified.
