This group is for recruiters looking to partner in split fee arrangements. All types of recruiters are welcome from all geographies.

getting set up here in the Splits Group

In order to greatly improve the value of our group we are asking each group member to do these 2 simple things things:

1. Sign on to your RBC profile page. Update your profile as much as possible. You will see a question there “Are you open to split placements?” so make sure you answer “YES” in that box.

2. After updating your profile you will then want to visit the group and locate the category(s) you best fit in.

* Please add a reply within that discussion introducing yourself in as much detail as possible – specific geography, niche, expertise, etc. and let us know who you are. In other words – take a few minutes and tell us about YOU!

* If you do not see a category that fits please email me and I will add it.

Though it goes without saying – please - no spam! This is for making splits with other group members. If it’s not helpful, relevant or applicable it will be deleted....

Split Fee Platform.

Hi All, my company "Crowd Recruiting" has built a platform where you can all post your job orders or recruit on job orders for a split fee.  We've made it really easy as well.  

For those with Job Orders

1. You can go to and add the job yourself
2. We can work on one and you simply send the job orders to an email address we give you with the details including fee% or flat fee and we'll get it into our system ourselves.
For those Recruiting
Just register online and find the jobs you want to work on.... send a proposal to the hiring recruiter.. and if accepted, start working on it.  It's really quite simple and we made this just for you.

Hello Everyone! I am new to this group and already I think this is awesome....

I am looking to engage in some split placement with a few serious recruiters, especially in MD, VA, GA, and TX. I am open to working in industries I haven't worked in before, but my focus is more in Administration, Medical/Healthcare, and Warehouse. Hi all,it has been a long time since I visited the group. I am open to your assignments, if you need some assistance, just let me know! I have strength in Corporate/Executive positions, Marketing, HR, Training & Development, Legal, Finance, and Accounting, CPA, Operations, and IT (network eng, software eng, Security, Developers, database, EDI).

I work exclusively with 1099 sales; commission only sales reps. We have an internal database of over 5000 verified active USA based independent sales reps in over 100 specialties, with access to many more.  If you have need for a 1099 commission only independent sales professional, we have the candidates you need. I am new at this split concept, but happy to work with whatever arrangement is customary and reasonable to us both.
