I love when I get to hire, place and watch fresh, keen enthusiastic Graduates.

I love finding THE person, where the fit is exact, doesn't happen very often, but THAT placement or hire.. ahhhhh

I get a buzz about having an influence with all aspects of the business

I get a buzz out of the growth of my company and the impact my team has had on that
