Great job candidates are special just like snowflakes are unique. In the midst of chasing those unique snowflakes, be careful of what you attract as a recruiter.


Some will undoubtedly leave a pleasant reminder of why you love the recruiter’s role of finding, attracting and placing top talent. And yes, count on some to leave a taste so unpleasant that you will curse the day you opened your mouth in a welcoming manner.

Remembering the old days where, managing an aggressive recruitment team -- hiring an average of 5000 technical professionals per year for three consecutive years, -- that shit happens. 

Yes, we perfected a hiring solution that beat the competition to the top talent in the industry.  And we did it by learning from our successes and mistakes.
