Research released by the ASA states “Staffing Employment is a strong leading economic indicator, and is a three month leading indicator of non farm employment when the economy is emerging from a recession.”

A few industries in particular are leading the growth. “Canada’s Information Technology industry will create more than 84,000 highly skilled jobs over the next four years”, a recent study reveals. “The sector will also help create more than 1,000 new businesses between the end of this year and the end of 2013” predicts the study by global research firm IDC and Microsoft Corp.
