Responsibilities

• Assigns work to personnel and directs their activities.
• Provides technical leadership to team on technical projects.
• Assists with the formulation and defines system scope and objectives.
• Responsible for quality assurance.
• Reviews and evaluates work and prepares performance reports.

• Performs other duties as assigned by IT management.

Qualifications

Education: BA or BS or work experience equivalent. Siebel Certification preferred.
Experience: 3+ years experience in programming, communications and custom applications. Background in client/server implementation and development. Experience in an Oracle database environment preferred. Good understanding of configuration management.
Skills & Certifications: Excellent customer service skills and oral and written communication. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently. Advanced Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming.

• Siebel Configurator (Preferred)
• Demonstrated experience with Siebel development and configuration.
