What is Community? With all the conversation around social networking for recruitment there's been little to no discussion around what it really means to build a community of engaged, active members. We'll also look at what's working with social networking and what's not and what the expectations should be for an ROI - time, investment, hires, brand... And, If the approach was framed around being more deliberate in building community first and recruitment second would it make a difference to your approach, actions and expectations.
