current take on the local Tampa Bay/St Petersburg market ?
I'm not seeing a lot going on, and the candidiates are getting harder and harder to find. Clients are still prefering local people but are opened back up to consider someone from out of state to get exactly what they want.

Any thoughts on the local job market for recruiters. I just relocated to the Tampa srea(Largo) and am seeking perm. or contract recruiting opportunities. Any help would be appreciated.
