Please use the following guidelines when sharing a resume:

1. Be sure to ask permission of the candidate if you can share their information with your local networking group. Most people are open to this, but permission is required.
2. Be sure to upload the resume by attaching it as a file.
3. In the discussion title, please put the name of the individual whose resume you are sharing so the group knows it is a resume.
4. Please include in the body any information about this individual, such as what career opportunity they are seeking, income expectations, general location, and any other information that would be pertinent for us to know whether or not someone in the group should contact them about any open roles that match what they are seeking. Keep this section short and simple, and most importantly, PROFESSIONAL.
