I have 55 IT jobs to fill, and I am looking for recruiters to work a 50/50 split with me

I was just fortunate enough to get my hands on 55 IT jobs (Java Developers, Oracle Developers, and Project Managers). A buddy of mine is the Staffing Director at a growing company, and handed me these jobs to fill. I have direct access to him, as well as the hiring managers, so it's an ideal situation. I am looking for anyone with the bandwidth and the experience to help me out. It is a 20% fee agreement, and we can split everything 50/50. I also have a buddy of mine helping out with technical interviews for my candidates so we can maximize our hit ratio.
