My company, which to the outside world looks like a traditional staffing firm (www.midlandsearchcom), is actually a tightly knit group of virtual, commission-only recruiters and salespeople. We run a split desk model, meaning that recruiters only recruit, and salespeople only sell. What binds everyone together is the resources that I give everyone on my team, such as Monster, Hotjobs, Dice, Infogist, JobDiva, Email, Twitter, etc.
