I am drowning in jobs - mostly contract, but also some perm.  I need recruiting help!

My company, which to the outside world looks like a traditional staffing firm (www.midlandsearchcom), is actually a tightly knit group of virtual, commission-only recruiters and salespeople.  We run a split desk model, meaning that recruiters only recruit, and salespeople only sell.  What binds everyone together is the resources that I give everyone on my team, such as Monster, Hotjobs, Dice, Infogist, JobDiva, Email, Twitter, etc. 

So, if you are an independent recruiter who likes to work just the recruiting side, and need better access to job reqs and recruiting resources, you will enjoy being part of the Midland Search recruiting team.
