Ok, so I went to Alliance Q and tried to send a contact email and keep getting rejected, but not told why the email won't be sent. Where do you sign up for the free year? Quiet Agent, United We Work or AllianceQ? I went to United, but it seems to send you to Quiet Agent.

That email bug on AllianceQ should be fixed or at least tell you why it failed to send the email.

Talk is cheap but one of the bright lights I've interviewed, and somebody I'd classify as a recruiting visionary, is Todd Bavol. Not only has he built a 14 office, $100 million dollar staffing business, but has successfully added executive search, outsourcing, outplacement and career management to the mix.

These are very nice things to say about a business man with a lot of ability to build and a stockpile on which he's able to do so. But none of your verbiage shows me your definition of what is considered being "visionary."

Most striking thing about this conversation - as Bill points out:

There is a huge demand for healthcare people. So Nadia has no problem getting job orders.

That puts most of the focus on finding, interviewing and marketing candidates.

Hi Bill,
I found Danny's comments to be the kick that I needed today after having 1 client say that hiring plans now are cancelled & 280 are being laid-off and 2 others are postponing "everything" until the 3rd quarter - at the earliest.
Please keep these up.
