Talk is cheap but one of the bright lights I've interviewed, and somebody I'd classify as a recruiting visionary, is Todd Bavol. Not only has he built a 14 office, $100 million dollar staffing business, but has successfully added executive search, outsourcing, outplacement and career management to the mix.
