Comment by GailMaureen Ferraro on May 2, 2008 at 7:47am: I believe recruiting must evolve the same way that the world has. Instead of sourcing on key words (missing the good people), recruiters need to reach out to their clients and understand their needs better.
Once the sourcing begins, match the needs rather than just key words.
