In line with the current economic climate I am exploring the launch of an Industry contractor board where industry professionals will be available on Recruit Me Now as contractors. This will be in partnership with a leading professional engagement organisation who will then facilitate the engagement of all PAYG's or Independent Recruitment Contractors.
I believe that this may be ahead of time but think it is a service that the Industry is now ready for (following the volume of redundancies of late). It will offer a flexible, economic, low risk solution that will meet the highs and lows of agencies clients demands without the burden of headcount.
Someone needs to cast a net and focus on keeping the high calibre of recruitment talent within the industry to prevent the risk of great talent leaving our Industry.
