Curious to hear from anyone who may be using Linkedin Job Discussions via Groups to promote opportunities and if you - often - , - have ever - or - never -  found viable candidates.  I run some ads there to cover my bases (the free ads) and while usually there isn't much value, I found an oustanding candidate the other day that contacted me from a Job Discussion.  Any thoughts?   Also curious f…
