My company is currently looking to invest in an Applicant Tracking System.  We have viewed demo's for several Companies, i.e. Taleo, ICIMS and SilkRoad, and have narrowed it down to ICIMS and SilkRoad, has anyone worked with either of these systems?  Do you have any recommendations?  I'm not looking for additional system solicitations, just some guidance on if you have used these systems and woul…
