RULE #1:       AT A JOB FAIR ALWAYS BRING YOUR BEST SMILE

Sounds obvious but you would be surprised how many recruiters actually don't smile much at events like Job Fairs where a smile should be your calling card.

Sure these can be hectic events and seeing a few good candidates is far outweighed by the number of not so good candidates—but body language can betray your true feelings.

Giving the impression you’re tired and would prefer to be somewhere else is not what good and effective recruiters do.  Buck up baby!  You’re a Professional Recruiter!  Open and close your conversations with a SMILE.
