And besides recruiting for talent at job fairs, I capture visuals of recruiter(s) & recruitment booth impact. I make recommendations to reps on how to improve their visuals, recruiter efficiency, etc.
This recruitment booth could be better...much better in terms of effectiveness, or could it?
