Adele's performance at the 2012 Grammys was inspiring and winning six Grammys in categories rich with well known and respected artists was phenomenal.  The fact that she is a virtual new comer and outside made it all the more impressive. 

My take is that Adele has inspired new and older artists to keep bringing their talent and passion in their work forward.  Just do your best when the opportunity presents itself regardless of the size of the stage or the kind of opportunity. 

As the assessment of her performance last night is dissected--many will discover her true talent and the other factors that contributed to her wonderful and now lucrative impact on very competitive industry.  Her skill, vocal talent and delivery spellbinding.  But it's her experiences (good and bad) and special network of family, friends, supporters, business and creative partners who have combined to hone a series of opportunities and results that have all culminated in a 2nd album that is killer.
